comfortable stay but some amenities lacking
The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The Side-entry Pod offered decent privacy for a single traveler. The mountain view from the communal lounge was fine and a nice spot to unwind after a day of activities.
The shared bathroom facilities could use more attention.

The staff was very courteous. Every wish was granted. Simple rooms but very practical.
The mattress was super soft. The breakfast was not good. Unfortunately there was no dry room for the wet clothes after the biking. No idea how this should work in winter.

Super central location, with large public parking nearby. The hostel is very new, extremely well maintained and super equipped. Instead of keys you have wristbands to get into your room. Probably the most beautiful hostel I have been in so far. It has only no kitchen, but its own restaurant

Perfect for solo adventurers looking for value
The location was really good. Just steps away from everything you want to do, and I could grab a quick bite from a bakery right across the street.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for Whistler, it felt acceptable.

The fans in front of the pods were running all night and were really loud. I guess the advantage is you don't hear anybody snoring.

The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, a famed ski resort was within easy walking distance of the hotel. I truly enjoyed the good restaurant and the food was affordable.

A safe box, central heating and an electronic key card available in the guest room. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

The Side-entry Pod for couples offers unique privacy with a cozy layout, perfect for intimacy after a day on the slopes. The compact design nails both comfort and functionality.
The access band I received had food stains, which raised some hygiene concerns. Finding the lobby could be confusing. Clearer signage would be helpful for navigating the space. Noise from neighboring pods can disrupt sleep, especially for light sleepers, as the shared living room's loud music can be bothersome during downtime.

I appreciated the cozy, chic atmosphere and the cleanliness of my Mezzanine Pod. The shared areas were inviting, accessible for me as a senior.
A few more grab bars in showers would help.
